Shipping UPS is our primary carrier. We do not charge any handling or processing fee if you
use UPS. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico must ship via 2nd Day Air. Orders shipping to the continental US and Canada may be shipped via Ground, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air. If you prefer another carrier - US Postal Service (delivers on Saturday and Express Mail on Sunday too), DHL, FedEx or other - contact us and we will do our best to
accommodate you and adjust the shipping charges. A handling fee of $4.00 will be added to each order not shipped by UPS. You will be charged for shipping the equipment to you at the time of your order. You will be responsible for returning the equipment to us. You may use the same box/packaging; For the nearest drop-off click UPS store, or arrange for pickup by UPS. If you receive an item that has been damaged in shipping please contact us
immediately. We will work with the carrier to file any necessary claims and will do our best to get you a replacement unit. Delivery Guarantee
We make every effort to deliver the equipment to your designated valid address not later than the day before your Start Date. If your order was placed timely and
confirmed by us at least 24 hours before the required ship date, we guarantee delivery of your equipment to your designated valid address by noon of your Start Date, or any rental fees up to the "weekend" rate will be waived.
